AspenPointe offers a variety of crisis-counseling and support services to those dealing with effects of the Waldo Canyon Fire: confidential one-on-one sessions, support groups, or just a listening ear for people who need to talk.

Signs to help determine if you or someone you know needs help:

  • Prolonged sleep problems such as nightmares, recurring dreams, etc.
  • Prolonged heightened emotional responses such as anxiety, isolation, fear, etc.
  • Prolonged physical reactions such as headaches, stomach aches, etc.
