Erosion and Sediment Control

While April showers may bring May flowers, those same showers bring the need for erosion and sediment control measures to be in place on our individual lots.

Erosion and sediment control on individual single-family building sites is the responsibility of the individual lot owner and/or the building contractor. It is the lot owner’s/contractor’s responsibility to prevent sediment from encroaching on to adjacent properties and public rights-of way.
