Field Hearing: Forest Health & Wildfire Issues
We received notification yesterday that there will be a field hearing of the U.S. Senate Energy and National Resources Committee, hosted by Senator Mark Udall. The hearing is open to the public.

Topic of discussion: The hearing will provide an opportunity for the committee to receive testimony from experts about forest health issues and recent western wildfires, focusing on lessons learned that can be applied to future suppression, recovery and mitigation efforts.
