These RIA guidelines look at both the evaluation of fire and smoke damage and the steps to repair the damages found. It discusses policies and procedures for those who perform restoration work. The guidelines are addressed to the fire victims as well as the restorers, the reconstruction contractors, and the insurers.

This is very important and comprehensive information for those who have damaged or destroyed homes due to the Waldo Canyon Fire.
