Personal Property Insurance Claim Seminar

For residents still working on their personal property insurance claim, Kerri Olivier and Karla Heard-Price will be hosting a home inventory support workshop with the Wonderful Waldo Women. Whether you have lost your home or have smoke damage, you must properly document your loss in order to get insurance reimbursement.

Please bring pictures, laptops, lists, or anything else that might assist you in the inventory process.

When:

Thursday, April 4, 2013
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

If you plan to attend this event, an RSVP to kerriolivier@gmail.com is requested, but not required.

Where:

Fire Station #18 (behind the Walgreens at Vindicator and Centennial)
6830 Hadler View
Colorado Springs, CO 80919

What:

While the inventory process can be emotional and intimidating, this workshop is a great opportunity to receive free assistance from those with experience in documenting and filing loss for insurance claim reimbursement. The evening will provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment to get this important work underway before the one year anniversary deadlines.

Amy Bach, the Executive Director of United Policyholders (the national insurance consumer advocacy nonprofit), will be at the event to help and is bringing a Contents Inventory Specialist. Also in attendance will be neighbors who have successfully completed the process.

Please forward this email to anyone you believe might benefit from the seminar.
