Rebuilding with Rebates After the Fire

To help with post-disaster rebuilding efforts, Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) is helping Mountain Shadows residents in three ways:

  • Rebates on products and whole home construction.
  • Re-vegetation for homes in the burn area. See application for exclusions and details.
  • Information on getting the most value out of your reconstruction, and ways to maximize your utility dollars.

CSU will be providing in-depth presentations on high-performance homes and the value you can gain from rebuilding green. It doesn't have to cost more, but it can be more comfortable, more valuable, and more rewarding. Look for information soon on presentation dates, times, and topics.
