Neighborhood Cleanup:

On Thursday afternoon, April 25, a group of volunteers from Optum will be canvassing the neighborhood picking up trash. The group will be wearing white with orange bandannas so they are easy to spot.

Thank you to Optum for their help as well as Vantage Homes and High Country Homes for allowing the volunteers to dump the trash in their construction dumpsters.

Arbor Day:

Saturday, April 27 is Arbor Day. The events will kick off with a ceremony in Mountain Shadows Park. Afterward, volunteers from several community organizations will plant trees in the Mountain Shadows neighborhood and open space to help revitalize the area following the Waldo Canyon Fire.

Click here for details about the events surrounding Arbor Day.
